The condo was last sold for $15.5m in June 2022. It has been flipped in less than one year. Glaser finished the roof deck by adding a spa, infinity edge pool, outdoor bar, fire pit, lounge, and gym. Interior of the condo is still a shell, ready for a designer.

Eber said, 'This penthouse truly is one of a kind not only for its incredible location but also how it can be customized into a phenomenal image of luxury on Worth Avenue.

Tiffany's decided several years ago to vacate the 2nd floor of the building, creating the opportunity to turn the space into an apartment.
